Insurance

Unlike many other countries, it is not required to get a referral from the GP before visiting a physiotherapist. You may contact us directly. We have contracts with all the health insurance policies in the Netherlands. If you have foreign health care insurance, please check with them if they cover physiotherapy abroad.

Payment

Unless you have a basic health care insurance, physiotherapy is usually covered. We recommend you contact your health care insurance if you are in doubt. If you are not covered, or have depleted your covered treatments you can see the prices applying to you here.

If you are covered by your insurance, all bills will be directly sent to them. If not you have the option to pay cash (we provide receipts) or via bank transfer within 14 days.

Making an appointment

To schedule an appointment you can call us or use the online registration form after which we will contact you as soon as possible. Often we are able to provide our services within 24 hours. Please bring a form of identification, a towel and any referral letters if you have been referred to us on your first consult. A referral letter is not required though.

Each session is 30 minutes. The first contact session is a consult during which the physiotherapist will ask questions and perform a physical examination to identify the cause. We believe in treating the cause rather than the symptoms. At the end of the consultation we will inform you about your situation and discuss your treatment plan

Cancelling/reschedulling an appointment

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance free of charge. Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate.
